Peter, who worked to apply the Cryonite was extraordinarily helpful. He and his associate Jordan were pleasant, thoughtful and careful. They were willing to take extra time and extra care around our home and we were comfortable leaving them alone to do the work necessary.

In addition, I appreciate their meticulous work and attempts to ensure as much as possible that the infestation was completely eradicated. They were completely professional, reassuring and efficient in their job. I am very pleased with their work.

Your sales representative, Mike, has also been extraordinarily patient and helpful and was always available to listen for a call on his cell phone.

He never seemed to be bothered by questions and was courteous and flexible.

He didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but he would always respond and listen to what I had to say.
